I’m doubting myself now… it might have actually been daft punk, I mean really why would they pass up the opportunity to play the grammy’s it just seemed really odd, Guy-Man is about a foot shorter than Thomas and they had flipped sides from their regular tour.

Justin swears Daft Punk were stunt doubles. Wha? Can this be confirmed?

The Beyoncé + Tina portion, unless on it’s way to becoming a Broadway musical, was incredibly silly.

Does anyone remember the hook to the Foo Fighters’ song? Me neither.

Finally, Tom Hanks was about as exciting as Dan Rather on valium. If not for March Madness I would be completely in favor of nuking CBS headquarters RIGHT NOW.

AP reports: “It’s down from the 20 million viewers who watched last year. The 2006 awards, with 17 million viewers, is the Grammy low point. The show had 17.3 million viewers in 1995.”
