		<description>Dave I'd be curious to know what the criteria is for a label to sign a new act? Do the number of friends on Facebook or MySpace play a big/medium/small factor? Since no one is buying CD's and bands are giving away their MP3's retail numbers don't really serve as a barometer anymore.</description>
