Hoss Records drops the first full-length from Food For Animals, the Baltimore, MD-based underground hip-hop outfit. As the press release that accompanied the MP3s says, the term ‘underground hip-hop’ may be outdated but I say no it ain’t, for this trio of young men are about as far away from the mainstream as it gets in beatland and for that I praise them. And you have to praise any outfit that has a producer named Ricky Rabbit…oh yeah.
