dj izm mashes leonard cohen
DJ Izm Northwest King, or Jeffrey to his mom, rocked our party last Saturday night and while he was in the Moose HQ he dropped off a CD of his latest mash ups. All very good I might add, especially a Morrissey/Gorillaz mash which is mighty fine. Morrissey fans will have to wait a beat for that one. Meanwhile here’s Leonard Cohen’s Everybody Knows mashed to an Izm beat. I’m a huge Leonard Cohen fan so this makes me happy. Enjoy. [MP3]

Izm was tuff. it’s really difficult to match beats and bring elements of the other record in and out and he did so seamlessly. he’s also a dj I’d actually go to a club just to sit and hear. good stuff.
