Through The Sparks.

Sticking with the lazy summer vibe, although I’d rather be on a Mexican beach, I discovered some new music on Peel that is decidedly mellow. This week you’ll here new music from John Vanderslice, Through The Sparks, Iron & Wine, Boy Eats Drum Machine and an intriguing new talent from Ireland, Fionn Regan, who was a surprise Mercury Awards nomination this year. Once again I give thanks to Peel, the web app that helps me scour the ‘net for music and also this week thanks to Music For Kids Who Can’t Read Good the music blog for the cool sounds.
