radical transparency in action

As you know I am an admirer of Wired Editor-In-Chief Chris Anderson’s Long Tail theory and I am also a supporter of companies that embrace Radical Transparency which was very extensively covered in the April issue of Wired mag by Clive Thompson. It was heartening then to see that Chris was quick to embrace the idea of transparency when Wired Mag had a horrendous glitch on its web site today. He did the right thing, he came right out and apologized in public. Good for him.
