Click to play then be patient.
The folks over at LocalCut.com have a piece on Portland Filmmaker Chel White “who,” says Casey Jarman, “won the music video award at SXSW in Austin this weekend for his visually stunning (I know that’s a cliche, but it really is visually stunning) video for Thom Yorke’s “Harrowdown Hill.? The award is one of two given to music video directors at SXSW, the other being the special jury award (the Constantines’ “Working Full-Time? took that one). White has won a bevy of awards for his short films, and has two of his projects in the New York Museum of Modern Art’s permanent collection.”
There is a YouTube version of the video but I am purposefully not giving you that link because it doesn’t do justice to the piece. Instead here’s a 30mb version to watch or to download. Patience is a virtue after all. Click to get the 30mb version - be patient it’s worth it.
