Portland Jazz Festival and Portland Center Stage present NEXT GEN JAZZ JAMS
As part of the 4th annual Portland Jazz Festival, the Gerding Theater at the Armory—recently named one of the “Greenest Buildings in America” by Forbes Magazine—transforms its beautifully appointed lobby into a late-night jazz club for post-show, after-hours jam sessions. Rumor has it that Roy Hargrove and his confrères will be casing the joint for a jazz tête-à-tête with some of Portland’s bright lights on the jazz horizon.
