save the album

Not sure where I stand on this but Insound the online music purveyors have launched a campaign to save the album. Not the wonderfully tactile cardboard gatefold sleeve kind of album but the full length MP3 album as download. No single tracks available in other words. Their intentions may well be pure but it smacks of a stunt to me. Personally I like the idea of the download liberating music from the tyranny of the album. You decide.
