PDX Ripped is your new weekly guide to the latest and greatest bands and musical artists of all genres emenating from this great musical city of ours. Each week the Moose will bring you five choice cuts from all the bands and artists that we think you should be listening to. Consider it your Portland radio show where you only hear local music all of the time.
This weeks’ artists are:

1. Right click and select ‘copy link location’. (Mac users control click)
2. Copy url/link from your browser or,
3. Open itunes, goto Advanced menu, select subscribe to podcast, and paste the subscribe link

1. Click download button to play mp3 directly or right click and select ’save link as’ to save to your hard drive.

While it was great to hear some old chestnut’s out of Dave’s crate, ths is really exciting. Look forward to hearing these rain soaked Portland bands-quack!

Dave just curious-did you stop doing the crate cast out of concern that that org with the initials that sound like Bar Tie Pay Day might make an issue? Just curious. Loved hearing that stuff so much of it the soundtrack of my college days young adulthood.
BTW-You guys were innovators-something not easy especially when making good ass-shaking music.

No I stopped that particular series as I’d got to the end of the period as it were. I just wanted to run through a potted history of punk-funk and it’s early roots. Now it’s on to rifling through the PDX underground.

FYI-I listed your podcast over at http://amigofish.com AmigoFish is an excellent intuitive media filter that reccomends podcasts (both audio and visual) based on it’s observations of shows that you rate.
