Nice! If I might make a shameless product plug: the bass clarinet you hear on the opening (and throughout, at various points) "Chasen vs. Suribachi" (streaming at AOL Spinner) is being played out of the Streetly Electronics M4000, the brand new, updated version of the classic M400 Mellotron (www.mellotronics.com). Along with Paul Cox, formely with console company SSL and now a top LA-based studio designer, I'm helping John (son of Les Bradley, one of the three brothers that built the original keyboards) and Martin Smith at Streetly in the UK introduce the new beast to interested parties here on the West Coast.
