I just feel humbled. I was also in London at the time John Lydon was auditioning new group members for PIL and I stayed around his place for a couple of nights to audition for the guitarist role. It didn't pan out - I never could handle strong smoke - BUT to think I could have met the greatest drummer from the greatest band of all time? Just freaks me out. PS Jody - if you're reading this - I'm still playing those licks I learned from you guys back in 72 / 74 and they are still THE BEST ever. WOW. If you think you’re mind is blown.
