I think it's hilarious that he followed up that "techno" record with "Everybody's Rockin" a nod to the music of the 1950's. Then there's the two disc set "Arc" and "Weld" that came out in the early 90's. One of the discs is pretty much just feedback and distortion. Gotta love ol' Neil.
