There’s so many places to take that idea. Of Montreal scratches a little deeper into the surface. Everytime I’m taken aback by the latest Chevy commercial coopting the Silversun Pickups, or somebody like that. I’m reminded that the traditional income channel was choked off by record companies and finished off by mp3’s. Of Beijing, Kobe Bryant and LeBron James, part of the NBA band, had to fend off the lunging crowds of Chinese fans draped in numbered jerseys of Cleveland and of LA. There’s 1.3 billion of them. Go with the flow.
