Music Millennium Record Store Day

“Folks who work here are professors, Don’t replace all the knowers with guessors, Keep’em open, they’re the ears of the town” – Tom Waits.

On Saturday, April 19, 2008, hundreds of independently owned music stores across the country will celebrate Record Store Day. If you cherish your local vinyl palace [and Portland I don't mean Sassy's] then help keep ‘em in business. The CD as a format may be in decline but I love those vinyl-album-with-free-MP3s deals.
